Measurements for balls for ball gags: For which size ball is recommended (with the caveat this is only an educated guess): Ball diameter should not exceed open mouth Height measurement by more then 1/8th of an inch. Best is the diameter is at or below open mouth height. (measure bottom of top teeth to top of bottom teeth wide open). Note: If measurement is smaller than 1.5" or 40mm, recommend ball should be 1/8" (3mm) larger. If larger than 2.5" or 60mm recommend 1/8 to 1/4" (3 to 5mm) size smaller. Reason: The smaller balls have more give, the larger balls less give. Reduce size if the gagee might have any jaw problems. |
TPP-SR-BG0011 Medical Grade Silicone BALL for Ball GAGS This page is Information for ordering just the balls at wholesale prices. Please send us an email with a list of Quantity, Size, and Color of the balls you want to: Longwatcher@PleasureParadox.com You must order 30 balls with first order to qualify for full wholesale pricing . For the first order only 2.5" or larger balls count as two balls each. Thereafter only 12 balls per order are required. A wholesale quanitity order is required once a year to maintain your account. MATERIAL: The Majority of Balls are made using a USP Class VI Medical Grade Silicone material. The material is manufactured physically in the USA, although the company making it may not be headquartered in the USA. We have 5 sources of raw material that meet our standards. We may change the material to keep costs down, but we do not change our basic standard of USP Class VI certified material. Note: The Gold balls are not technically Class VI, however they were certified for a higher level and the company that made the colorant did not want to also pay for the lesser certification, so I am good with their decision. NOTE: The Silver and Pearl colors are not certified for medical, however all ingredeients are certified for use as food additives or better, so we find that acceptable as well. The Balls themselves are currently molded in the Virginia, USA. Although until we run out some of the balls were molded in Mass. USA. They do not come sterilized, but are capable of being medically sterilized if desired. The will survive Bleach, Isopropyl Alcohol, Can be placed in a autoclave. Temperatures of over 550 F (only 275 F is required for sterilization). At between 650 F and 850 F they may start breaking down. Note: We will be offer optically clear balls in the near future, they will only be good to 320 f, which is more than sufficent for sterilization, the teeth resistance is actually higher although the tear strength is lower once a tear begins, they still meet all of our minimum requirements. They can go higher temperature, but any vibration or rapid cooling before they cool down could result in cracks forming (basically they were fine in the oven until we moved the pan after baking at 500 f). For trivia they are post baked for 3 hours at 350 f. STRAP HOLES: Strap holes are molded in They would require a new mold to make larger, although a less expensive, although still expenive option exists for smaller strap holes. Most of the balls have the same 3/4" by 1/8" strap hole. The very small (1" and 1.25") have a 1/2" wide hole. The very large, 2.625" and larger have a 1" wide strap hole. We also have a 50mm 3/4" round strap hole version in Red and Black. (note the round hole ball mold was lost, although we still have plenty of stock in Red and Black. Strap hole sizes may be slightly larger than listed to accomodate a leather strap of the stated size.

We recommend that Gags should be one person items only and thus we sell them "As Is" Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is for use as a ball with a buckled strap as a ball gag in the mouth between consenting adult humans for duration not to exceed 1 hour, with open nasal passages (no illness or other medical issues) in the presence of another attentive human and the ball purchased fits comfortably in the mouth with no jaw complaints. The leather (or other material) strap should be checked before each use to make sure it is free of tears and is cabable of pulling the ball from the mouth if needed.
