This Submissive Reaction collar can be made as shown or with a an attachment point. 

Alternatives include:

A.) A center front attachment point. Note that the stars will be move outwards slightly. A Bottom down D-ring will not affect the pattern.

B.) Due to the size of the pattern only a center attachment point is viable.

C) All buckles are available for this collar.
