We recommend that Gags should be one person items only and thus sell them "AS IS".
Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is for use as a ball with a buckled strap as a ball gag in the mouth between consenting adult humans for duration not to exceed 1 hour, with open nasal passages (no illness or other medical issues) in the presence of another attentive human and the ball purchased fits comfortably in the mouth with no jaw complaints. The leather (or other material) strap should be checked before each use to make sure it is free of tears and is cabable of pulling the ball from the mouth if needed.

Ball Gag Replacement section
(Starts at $10 for our regular leather)
Center Piece replacement Section for Ring-Style Head harnesses.
This piece which is available in Two types of Leather or PVC Rubber is designed
to replace old or worn pieces on other company's ring-style harnesses or gags,
that you otherwise like, or to be able to replace a ball that was old or made of
Rubber instead of Silicone.
It comes with Chicago screws by default, although we can also provide a Rivet
Kit version instead, which will have the holes already punched and three 407D
double cap rivets sets (one is spare), so that all that will need to be done
(other than removing the old section is find a hammer and a hard surface, put
the rivets in place and then to hammer them in place on the old harness.
We will need the measurement for the size of the old section. The default is
approximately 3.5" from Chicago Screw to Chicago Screw, which covers most mouth
sizes.
Sizing Guide, Measurements
required:
Measurements for Ball Gag Straps:
The straps are made to order, the default size fits
most people, but will have 7 or 9 holes depending on buckle. Custom straps will
have 3 or 5 holes (or more upon request)
To measure we recommend using a piece of
thick string or yarn and measuring with the mouth open and then laying the
string down onto a ruler to determine the needed strap length.
Measurements for balls for ball gags:
For which size ball is recommended (with the caveat
this is only an educated guess):

version of Ball gag tri-fold with Visual Ball Sizing guide
Ball diameter should not exceed wide open mouth Height measurement by more then 1/8th of an inch.
Best is the diameter is at or below open mouth height. (measure bottom of top teeth to top of bottom teeth wide open).
Note: If measurement is smaller than 1.5" or 40mm,
recommend ball should be 1/8" (3mm) larger.
If larger than 2.5" or 60mm recommend 1/8 to 1/4" (3 to
5mm) size smaller.
Reason: The smaller balls have more give, the larger balls
less give.
Reduce size if the gagee might have any jaw problems.
Measurements for Straps and Head Harness:
1. Measure for the Ball Gag Strap.
2. Measure from Corner of Mouth to the top of the bridge of the nose.
3. Measure from the top of the bridge of the nose to where the over the head
strap would meet up with the ball gag strap in the back of the head. (usually
the gag strap goes where the head bends backwards).
4. For Version II SLider Harnes style, we will need measurement for chin strap.
Measure from center of ball gag strap to center of ball gag strap on other side
of mouth measuring under the chin, where you want the chin strap to go.
5. For Ring Style Harnesses we also need a measurement of the mouth from corner
to corner when closed (so we can put the rings far enough out, but hopefully not
too far).
More Background:
The balls are made in the U.S.A. specifically for Longwatcher and thus Pleasure
Paradox. Our original source passed away in Apr 2012 and we were unable to get
more. We had looked for balls that met our standards so we could provide custom
straps allowing for a set that is matching in every part. No source we fully
trusted was available, so we found a medical parts company in the USA willing to
make them to our specifications and the result is what we have for sale these
days. We think you will not find a better quality ball in the world for a ball
gag.
Cleaning:
The ball itself can be cleaned in boiling water or using rubbing or isopropyl
alcohol. The alcohol is recommended for routine cleaning. Make sure to wash off
the alcohol before putting mouth. The leather strap
however has to be treated as any leather product is, but since the strap can be
removed it makes it easy to treat separately. The PVC straps are residential
dishwasher safe, although borderline industrial dishwasher.
Sterilization:
The ball itself can be medically sterilized in an autoclave, in an oven at up to
550 degrees F (only greater than 275 degrees F is suggested), soaked in bleach,
boiled in water or soaked in rubbing or isopropyl alcohol. The ball may yellow
slightly or get harder over time and repeated heat treatments will speed this
process up slightly, but to date (over decades of use) no chemical breakdown has
been noted (meaning the balls should remain safe to use for decades. The balls
use an FDA approved medical grade material (USP Class VI) in the manufacture and
no chemicals are added that affect their medical grade qualities. Note though
that the balls are not shipped sterile and are likely to have been handled
during packaging.
Trivia:
K for black and M for Purple are used because CMYK is a photographer's term,
which Longwatcher is and M=Magenta, which Purple is closest to Magenta and K is
for Black or the black/white intensity value. A is used for gold as in "Au"
because we are reserving G for green.
